This work provided an account of the political unrest on Terra during the Terran Alliance Civil War, including the assassination of a Terran Alliance Senator, Baron Sung, by Lord Huan Morag. The book quoted Senate Minority Leader Barton Morag, to support the contention that the assassination was motivated by House Morag's desire to prevent Sung from arranging the passage of a union bill, which would have damaged their personal finances.[1]
