Saunders and her colleagues Nancy Taweel, Isis Ardittl, and Ronda Stundt were veteran mercenaries of over sixty scouting missions in the employ of every possible House in the Inner Sphere. Engaged by the Twelfth Star Guards as of 3025, each woman had received her own command, and at that stage had plans to remain with the Guards for the long term.[1]
