Vice Admiral Metin Lupo was the commander of the Star League Navy's 23rd Recon Squadron, which was a part of the 2nd Fleet, as of 2764.[1]
History[edit]
As the sole recon squadron for 2nd Fleet, Vice Admiral Lupo often had split his forces, in order to scout for both of 2nd Fleet's line squadrons.[1]
