Shiao-zhang Xun Kuang was the commander of the Warrior House Hiritsu, with the Capellan Confederation, as of 3145.[1]
History
During Operation CELESTIAL REWARD, Kuang and Warrior House Hiritsu helped capture New Syrtis in early 3145, after which Kuang was placed in charge of pacifying the populace. In this role, Kuang issued a long list of strict directives as to the behaviors' expected under Capellan rule, which he enforced brutally against both locals and his own troops through to at least December 3145.[1][2]
During the Battle for New Syrtis itself, while seeking to capture the heavily fortified city of Saso, Kuang ordered his infantry to try to seize the Federated Suns artillery. Deployed via Yun aerospace fighters, the infantry managed to destroy the AFFS guns, helping to open the city to be conquered.[3][4]
