Colonel Haakon Olafsson was the staff operations officer of the Star League Defense Force's XLII Corps as of 2764.[1]
History
Serving under a Corps CO in Major General Winnie Museveni, who had Combat vehicle commander's bias against BattleMechs, the MechWarrior Olafsson sought keep her from eliminating her 'Mech forces entirely. His carefully laid plans could not however keep Museveni from sidelining her BattleMech Brigades during most operations however.[1]
