The 322nd Armored Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army. It never appeared on standard SLDF orders of battle, as it did not fall into the standard Corps chain of command.[1]

History[edit]

Like similar armored formations, the division was assembled as the need required. In the case of the 322nd this was around 2694, as it was recorded as being in existence for seventy years in 2764.[1]

The division was funded through the SLDF's discretionary budget at the direction of the commanding general. The founding in the last few years of the twenty-seventh century would indicate that the 322nd was raised by Admiral David Peterson.[2]
