9th Illician Rangers

History

During the Succession wars the unit changed from a medium to a heavy regiment. They act as a primary raiding force and tooked in this campaigns heavy looses. First stationed at the Draconis border they were later relocated to the capellan march for rest and refit. They fought during the FedCOm civil war for Victor Steiner Davion and paid their loaylity in blood.

Officers

OFFICERS Colonel Kenneth Koppel will retire soon after 19 years in the command seat.

Tactics

The sophisticated equipment of today get the reiment the opportunity for qiuck strike, despite thier heavy machines.

2 battalions with maneuverable designs

1 battalions for breakthroughs and assaults

• 9th Illician Air Guard(1 Wing/Veteran/Reliable)

• 13th Armored Cavalry Regiment(1 Regiment/Regular/Fanatical)

with heavy seigns they can hold the ground on their own

• 29th Mechanized Cavalry(1 Regiment/Veteran/Reliable)

in a ratio 1:4 every platoons contains a hover IFV
