Overview

The AFFS is regard as the best army in the Inner Sphere, because the military put the right soldier at the right place through continued testing and training. In contrast to every other army the AFFS prepares its soldier better for the battle then any other organization. Every major command participate every year at the anual combat simulations at their home planet. The units take also part in such simulation at a different world in a 2 year circle. The induvidual training is also held in high regards. A common soldier can hone its skills at the different Special Schools and the Department for Military Education (DME) provides for higher ranking officer special courses.
The DME is devided into 4 different sub branches. The CO's of combat units, the High Command together with members of the 4 branches set the standards for the training. [1]
