Major General Alister Breckenridge-Sterling was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 50th Royal Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

The son of Star League diplomats, as well as being charming and handsome, Breckenridge-Sterling was considered one of the most eligible bachelors on New Avalon where his unit was based. In this capacity he was invited to all New Avalon high society events during his service there.[1]
