History
In 2750 the SLS Arkhangelsk was serving as the flagship of the newly-promoted Rear Admiral Joan Brandt. Following her promotion, Admiral Brandt would alternate between WarShip and AeroSpace Fighter commands within the Seventh and Fifth Fleets.[1] Based on Brandt's rank[2] and alternating commands beginning with the Seventh Fleet, it is likely that in 2750 the Arkhangelsk was the flagship of a naval division within the Seventh Fleet.
