History
While on Minette Sub-Minister Avi gave a speech in March 3072 reiterating the concern of the Federated Suns government in regards to the secession of the planets in the self-proclaimed Filtvelt Coalition.
His next objective was travelling to Filtvelt to lay groundwork for discussions of peaceful readmission into the Federated Suns.[1]

It is clear from retrospective that this talks did not go well as the Filtvelt Coalition existed during the Dark Ages era and into the ilKhan one.
