Bryant Foster was part of a mercenary group called Meredith's Marauders. A company of mechs, under contract of Comstar, traveled to Pivot, on Exodus road, and attacked an HPG compound on the systems only planet, Pivot Prime. This mission, probably intended to obtain data about the Road and locate clan homeworlds, failed when the victorious mercenaries fell under attack of a solahma smoke jaguar unit, undergunned and surpassed in number 2 to one, who crush the mercenaries and retake the station. Foster, apparently piloting an Atlas, died during the fight.[1]
