Fred Hooper is a freelance illustrator and concept artist who has worked in the role-playing and video game industries. Hooper drew illustrations and served as an art director for FASA prior to its closure, before shifting to video game special effect and concept design work with such companies as Ravensoft and Avalanche Studios.
