Geoff Lee was the executive officer of the First Capellan Dragoons as of 3062.[1]

Major Lee, serving with the First Capellan Dragoons, was stationed on Kathil in 3062. With his commander Colonel Robert Dunn being a political appointee, Lee was effectively the commander of the First Capellan Dragoons. A good strategist and commander, Lee's no-nonsense approach and pragmatic neutrality in the face of looming Civil War earned him the respect of the First Capellan and held the unit together.[1]
