Jim Tobiason was the head of Dobless Information Services, a Lyran Commonwealth based information storage business, as of 3025.[1]

Tobiason was, as of 3025, rumored to be likely to receive a noble title at an upcoming session of the Lyran Royal Court. This eventually came to fruition, as his descendent and successor as head of Dobless Information Services Seth Tobiason of as 3067, inherited from Jim the rank of Baron.[2][3]
