Major General Kelvin Nguyen was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 174th Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]
History
Based on Zaprudy in the Lyran Commonwealth, Nguyen's 174th Mechanized Infantry Division was co-located with both XX Corps and 13th Army headquarters, which motivated him to keep his troops as busy as possible to avoid criticism from his superiors. Tasking his operations officer Colonel Daffyd Ho Jang to train the Division to a sharp edge, Ho Jang managed this successfully, producing a Division with a surprisingly quick ability to react to their opponents on the battlefield.
The heavy training schedule did however increase fatigue amongst his soliders, so Nguyen increased the level of leave available to them.[1]
