  • Captain Velgarn Kharlan : An instructor at the Allison MechWarrior Institute and noted expert in Clan tactics. He was often sent captured Clan members to interview. This changed in 3074 when research into Operation Klondike showed he was related to one of the founders of Clan Wolverine. His three former aides killed him to complete the Trial of Annihilation.[2]
