Luigi "El Duce" Vincero was the commanding officer of the Fifth Andurien Rangers as of 3085.[1]

Colonel Vincero, serving with the Fifth Andurien Rangers, was stationed on Sadurni in 3085.[1] Vincero did his best to make his soldiers' dedicated but undisciplined behaviors work for the Andurien Defense Force, providing them with plenty of leeway for taking the initiative so long as they did their best to coordinate with the rest of the unit.[2]
