History
Subaltern Cordoba was a graduate of the Albion Military Academy who had trained on medium and heavy BattleMechs, so it came as a surprise to her when she was assigned to the Davion Light Guards and the 25 ton Gunsmith. It took her some time to acclimate to the lighter machine, though she now swears by it. She was present for the counterassault against Brookeland in 3144 where she distinguished herself by leading her lance of Gunsmiths against two armor platoons in improved positions. Once she took them by the flank she was able to slice through that strongpoint in the lines, and created a safe avenue of advance for her company[1]
