Tai-sa Omar bin Mohammed was the commander of the Sixth Arkab Legion, with the Draconis Combine, as of 3145.[1]

Mohammed, with the Sixth Arkab Legion, was based on Arkab as of 3145.[1] He had refused all requests from Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery High Command, to move into garrisoning a world recently conquered from the Federated Suns, potentially due to believing rumors that the Internal Security Force wished to leave Arkab undefended so that they could more easily infiltrate the local government. Mohammed considered it his duty to protect Arkab, even if the risk of ISF misbehavior was low.[2]
