PFC Rachel Williams was a member of the First FedCom RCT during the War of 3039.[1]
History[edit]
Williams participated in the Federated Suns invasion of Nashira during the War of 3039. She was a survivor of a chemical weapons attack at Raven Ridge against a First FedCom RCT garrison, perpetrated by unknown forces, which she believed was the responsibility of Draconis Combine Genyosha units.[1]
