In Clan culture, a ransom is a reward that a warrior receives for completing their Trial of Position. This reward can range to a certain piece of equipment, a creation of a unit or a Mech. One notable ransom was given by ilKhan Ulric Kerensky to Natasha Kerensky, who was offered the creation of the 13th Wolf Guards after her successful Trial when she returned to Clan Wolf.[1]
