Raul Bethune was the commanding officer of the First Kittery Training Battalion as of 3062.[1]
History
Major Bethune, serving with the First Kittery Training Battalion, was stationed on Kittery in 3062. Many outside of the battalion considered Bethune to be a political appointee due to his marriage to Field Marshal George Hasek's finance minister, although his students knew otherwise. A combat veteran from the First Federated Suns Armored Cavalry and a highly qualified educator, the tight ship he ran earned him the respect of his students.[1]
