Right now, this template assigns the tagged article to a category named after the month and year of when the tag was applied. This helps prioritize cleanup efforts, but I feel that doesn't apply on a wiki this small (at present). Because the generated category is not created as a sub-category of [[:Category:Cleanup]], it would be lost in the sea of categories we have on BTW (currently 501, if my math is right).
