As of early 3028, Grant was a member of the Fire Lance, Summers's Company of Charlie Battalion. Following the Battle of Misery Grant's lance joined Delta Regiment's Third Provisional Company as its Medium Lance, as part of which he went on to also fight in the Battle of Wapakoneta, where he was killed.[1]
