Tiantan was the domed capital city of Sirius V.[1]
The city was destroyed by the forces of Lord Garth Radick, Duke of Irian, masquerading as the Gray Death Legion. This was part of a scheme to de-legitimize the mercenary unit, a scheme planned by ComStar's Emilio Rachan.[1]
