Tran Ky Bo was the stablemaster of Starlight Stables.[1]

To friends and foes, his Asian features seemed ageless.[2]

He was a superb businessman and led the stable from success to success.[1]

He lived in Starlight House, located between Minos Drive and April Street.[3] The house was in fine condition and its groves of cherry trees heralded the brief Solaran spring with their blossoms.[4]

During the Solaris Riots he made a call to ensure his warriors retreated to the stable's remote training grounds, far from Solaris City itself.[5]
