General Ustinov Matthews was the commander of the mercenary Narhal's Raiders from 2899.[1]

History[edit]

Matthews rested control of the Narhal's Raiders, from the family of its founder Tyilik Narhal, in 2899. Tired of piracy in the Periphery, Matthews sought and obtained legitimate mercenary contracts in the Capellan Confederation, and later the Federated Suns.[1]
