Wayne Waco

Colonel Wayne Waco is the commander of the mercenary command called Waco's Rangers. Waco and his Rangers have persued a vendetta against Wolf's Dragoons since an engagement between the two units in which Wayne Waco's son was killed by a Dragoon mech stepping on him. The Rangers claim the incident was intentional while the Dragoons claim it was an accident.
