Overview[edit]
The 18th Volunteer Regiment was one of the Star League Defense Force Volunteer Regiments.
History[edit]
During the Amaris Civil War, the 18th, attached to the 413th BattleMech Division, fought on Alioth and, starting August 2774, Milton. During this time, an unidentified Rim Worlds Republic agent infiltrated the 18th and extorted Captain Paul Rice into leaking operational details. This was caught by Major Anthony Block, who used the leaks to set a successful trap for the 22nd Amaris Dragoons.[1]

The 18th Volunteer Regiment had at least two companies of BattleMechs.[1]
Color Scheme and Emblem[edit]
The 18th officially used the standard SLDF regulation olive drab color scheme, but the unit's relaxed standards led to a mix of colors. The unit's emblem was a red Cameron Star and crossed rifles.[1]
