Abdul Kalam was the commanding officer of the Third Royal Guards Armor Brigade as of 3062.[1]

Colonel Kalam, serving with the Third Royal Guards, was stationed on Port Moseby in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Kalam remained with the Third Royal and was stationed on Dalkeith by 3067.[2]
