Sergeant Carlos Valdez was a member of the Payvand Militia in the early thirty-first century.[1]

In March 3011, Carlos Valdez served in the Red Lance of A Company, First Battalion within the Payvand Militia. Valdez was with the Militia at the town of Lowson on Payvand when they were attacked by the Drake's Dragons pirate band.[1]
