Overview[edit]

In 3058, local union workers on Redondo took twenty-three hostages during a tense two-week-long labor strike. One worker, Samuel Zimm, described poor working and living conditions such as no heat or running water, rodents living in the beds, and being paid around half of the legal minimum wage.[1]

After negotiations failed, police intervened and rescued all hostages, though six terrorists were killed and many more injured. The event's story was published by the Belladonna Post on 23 April 3058.[1]
