Edgar Williams was an historian and professor of philosophy and parapsychology that worked in the Bashir College of Literature on Lihue.[1]

History[edit]

In 3067 he explained to the press that based on the Lost Quatrains of Nostradamus, a book rediscovered during the mid twenty-first century that he said that it had accurately foretelling the rise and fall of the Star League, Kerensky's Exodus, and the disintegration of Beta Regulus II, he said that it was also describing beyond any doubt an imminent war that would consume all spheres of mankind in flames, predicting a full war that would be starting after the Fourth Whitting Conference.[1]

The quote was:

The spark for these flames shall come from the many who would be kings, the betrayers of the conclave of Man, who strike on the eve of their greatest triumph, at the time when hopes and despairs collide as one.
  — Nostradamus, 16th Century[1]
