Colonel Faith Reynolds was the commander of the Nekkar Bolan Province Militia, with the Lyran Commonwealth, as of 3145.[1]

Reynolds, with the Nekkar DPM, was based on Nekkar as of 3145.[1] The Militia's morale was very poor, due to constant Clan Jade Falcon raids which the unit's members did not believe they could ultimately resist, leading to Colonel Reynolds to repeatedly request Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces command for JumpShips to enable the Nekkar DPM to escape from any serious Jade Falcon invasion.[2]
