General Fiona Carr Niessa was a senior military officer in the Capellan Confederation, until Chancellor Jasmine Liao's purges in the mid twenty-fifth century, known as the Time of Tribulation.[1]
History[edit]
Niessa was the last Capellan to be appointed as a General, before Jasmine Liao's reforms limited military officers to the rank of Colonel. The first to propose the adoption of the Sarna Mandate as an official state doctrine, she proposed its use to justify the removal of incompetent or cowardly officers. Succeeding in this hope, she ironically became of the Mandate's most noteworthy victims, being purged during Jasmine Liao's Sarna Mandate inspired cleansing of the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces' leadership.[1]
