Garret Foster was the Chief Referee of the Branson Brewery League in 3086.[1]

As Chief Referee of the League, he was in charge of controlling the fights to follow the rules, and also to check with his team in order to assign Win-Draw-Lost results for those fight that went beyond the time limit.[1]
