Jakob Mei was a mercenary and self-styled "Baron" as of 2887.[1]

Mei was a mercenary leader, who styled himself a Baron, and was considered to be a rebel by Capellan Confederation authorities. He was captured by the Confederation's Justinia's Cuirassiers in 2887.[1]
