Julie Smith was the commanding officer of the First Chasseurs Air Group of the First New Ivaarsen Chasseurs as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Smith, commanding the First New Ivaarsen Chasseurs' Third New Ivaarsen Attack Wing, was stationed on New Ivaarsen in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Rear Admiral Smith commanded the First Chasseurs Air Group on Benet III by 3067.[1]
