Vice Admiral Nicole Jansen was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 71st Line Squadron as of 2764.[1]

Despite her Squadron being spread out across their area of operations conducting patrols, Vice Admiral Jansen sought to have them recombine with the 72nd Escort Squadron every 3 months, in order to conduct enough larger scale training exercises to keep their capacities in that regard to an acceptable level.[1]
