Tyman Korrel was a judge of Saginaw.[1]

On April 24th, he was the judge on the divorce case of Baron Baldwin Smallwood and Baroness Linda Diebolds. The case turned into a brawl in the courtroom when elements of both parties could not be stopped and the police had to act. All ended with six participants of the brawl hospitalized and four people arrested. He placed both sides on notice that any more outbursts will result in both sides being arrested and spending the rest of the case in a jail cell.[1]
After the car bomb that wounded Linda Diebolds, he ordered a month's delay in the case and threatened both sides with prison if either side did anything to the other side.[2]
