As a little kid I got into roleplaying thanks to a huge amount of world building, writing, painting and drawing I did. This caught the attention of my sisters and brother who directed me toward RPG books in the late eighties or so, and I was hooked.

I didn't really start doing wargaming to any degree 'till a while after that, but I've always loved painting miniatures and still do it when time permits, and I remember the very first time I got to paint a Battletech mini; a Ral Partha casting of the Mad Dog from approximately 1990.

Since then I played it on and off up until getting back into it on a larger scale a few years back, my husband and I doing a lot of smaller skirmishes at home and doing a lot of fiction around our little merc outfit, world-building and scenario creation, as well as getting back into mini painting.

I'll put some up here at some point, but I paint miniatures and create various types of art in various media.
