Winston Ashely was the aide to the commanding officer of the Capellan March's Taygeta Operational Area as of 3050.[1]

Marshal Ashely was commander of the Capellan March's Sirdar PDZ in 3025. Simultaneously, Ashely was commanding officer of the Davion Assault Guards and was stationed on Frazer.[2] By 3050, now-Hauptmann-General Ashely no longer commanded the Davion Assault Guards and served under Marshal Jennifer Lawson as executive officer of the Taygeta Operational Area.[1]
