Loremaster Brian Pryde was a senior Clan Jade Falcon Watch officer, Loremaster of Clan Jade Falcon and Bloodnamed warrior of the Pryde Bloodhouse, during the later thirty-first century.[1]

History

Early Life

Born in 3037, the start of Brian's career was not spectacular, fighting hard for every advancement. Amassing a solid codex, but far from a ristar, he first attracted wider notice after winning his way into a Trial of Bloodright though the Grand Melee. Barely winning at each stage, he managed to destroy his last opponent by detonating a natural gas line on Goat Path, winning his Bloodname but little honor.[1]

The Watch

Pryde's performance did however impress one observer, Loremaster Kael Pershaw, who saved Pryde from a series of inglorious assignments to join the Watch and become his chosen successor.[1]

BattleMech

Pryde was known to have initially piloted a Gargoyle OmniMech, which he used for his first Trial of Position.[1]
