Josephine Hsia was the commanding officer of the Angel Wings III-zeta of the Word of Blake Militia's Fifth Division as of 3062.[2]
History[edit]
Precentor VIII Hsia, serving with the Fifth Division, was stationed on Terra in 3062.[2] By 3067, now-Precentor XIII Hsia continued to command the Angel Wings and was stationed on Sheratan.[1]
