Overview

The Ceres Arms Crowdbuster is essentially a much larger and more powerful version of the Sonic Stunner. It was designed for House Liao to be an effective riot control weapon.[1] It was a preferred weapon of the Bounty Hunter, when Michi Noketsuna was portraying that individual.[2]
