Charlotte Chan was a Subcommander in the First St. Ives Lances and Keeper of the Golden Gate.[1]
History
Subcommander Charlotte Chan and her lance faced down a raid on St Ives by the Kestrel Grenadiers, presuming they were buying time for an evacuation. With the unexpected arrival of the Red Lancers Chan was able to shift to the offensive, cutting down the Davionists before her. She was awarded the St. Ives Citation of Honor for her actions and was given a landholding within the palace she defended.[1]
