History
- The Homeworld of the Black Omen is Wolcott
- The unit fought in 3050 against the Ghost Bear on Damian and wake an guerilla campaign. The command retreat to Memmingen and faced again the clans, this time Clan Wolf. The joined forces with the outlaws a nother merc unit. Ueda was the place where the two commands split again.
- After Operation Bulldog they faced again the Ghost Bear in a raiding campaign on (Pinnacle, Holmsbu, Thule and Damien).
- With the begin of the Jihad the unit broke their contract with the DCMS.
Officers
Captain Tai-i Richard Smith is the Commander of the Black Omens company. He pilots a modified Awesome with two clan PPCs and an Ultra AC/5 equipped to the 'Mech.
Tactics
The company uses unorthodox tactics to beat the enemy. (Use ice as cover)
