Legate Ulga Jarmann was the Planetary Legate of Lyons, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 to 3135.[1][2][3]

Jarmann spoke to Alkalurops Legate Oshira Damascelopus in 3135, a supporter of the Senatorial Alliance, and advised her that Lyons was not politically unified enough to support the Senator's cause.[3]
