Ciro graduated from the Nagelring as part of the class of '49 alongside Victor Steiner-Davion. During 3048 he was bested by Victor Steiner-Davion during the tactica simulation tests[2]. He scored in the top five percent and was assigned as an aide to academy instructor Adam Steiner.[1].
